New found love for the Jigga Man & his NY-Z documentary
Always loved his music but in interviews and in person he always seemed to come off standoffish and quite arrogant. Even had a meeting with him once and although very intimate being only about 8 eople in the room, his demeanor still turned me off. That is until he became a married man. Married life has truly changed him. Since, I’ve fallen in love with the man just as much as I love the music. Every recent interview I’ve seem him in he’s been extremely charismatic, funny, and so down to earth. In paparrazi pics you might even catch him crack a smile even though everyone knows that he despises them.
Last night took the cake for me though. I’m at the 40/40 Club for his MSG concert after party. In VIP with Jay-Z, Beyonce, Michelle Williams, Lebron James, Trey Songz, Drake, Young Jeezy the list goes on. It was an all black everything night for sure. Peep some pics:
Anyway my homie Fly. (the Producer/Director of the PSA “Everybody’s Haitian” for Roc 4 life that will be released soon) speaks to him. Jay-Z reaches out his hand to shake mine. I was a bit taken back and hesitant because I didn’t want to reach my hand out and it wasn’t for me. But I did and it was! Then to add icing on the cake he was in the crowd, vibing with everyone, took pictures with people and just mixing and mingling. It blew me away… and I’m loving this new happiness in Jay. If guys can glow than he was definitely glowing. You can see he’s at peace with everything and really loving life. So despite not having tickets to the concert, last night was a great night. If you did have the chance to attend the concert you saw that he premiered the trailer for his new documentary NY-Z at the show. Since most of the world wasn’t there… I have it for you. Check it out:
The full documentary drops March 22nd!!!!
