Who Got Next… R&B Men

All these guys have more of a pop/R&B sound all these songs rather than pure soul so hit me in the comments and let me know who of them you feel has next based on the tracks.

You can catch him on Fantasia For Real on Monday Nights o VH1 and on the last episode Ricco Barrino talked about making a name for himself and that he was no longer going to be touring with Fantasia and singing back up for her. He’s released a couple songs before this one that had a buzz down south but here is his latest song Hold U Down.

Mr Ernie Gaines calls himself the “pussy pleaser” therefore he needs no other introduction. Just listen. Although I think the song should be called “Let’s Get Naked” instead of “Adam & Eve” I mean most of the things some of us have done in the bedroom already have us on a 1way flight to hell with gasoline drawls so saying let’s have sex like Adam & Eve is just adding fuel to the fire especially when he says “let me play in your garden.”

Next up is a soulful white boy that sings out and doesn’t rely on his falsetto like Robin Thicke. His name is Chris August and I am loving him right now. He’s usually more of a bluesy John Mayer type but I think the R&B works for him just the same. Check out his joint Let It Be Me. He also gets a cool point because he performs with a band called “The Love Jones” and anyone who knows me knows that’s my favorite movie of all time. Can’t wait to check him out live.
