Track of the Day : Drake “Get Over It” feat. Little Brother

Everybody is ranting and raving about this OVER record, the first official single off his debut album Thank Me Later . Well Eb ain’t feeling it. It’s not a power record at all…album cut… maybe…lead single though… I think not! Your label failed you if this is what they thought was going to prove to everyone wrong that you could be more than just a “mixtape/hop on every record as a featured artist” rapper. If it does get radio play it will be mixshow only and maybe spiked during the day but it definitely wont be the record you hear every other hour if you do still listen to the radio. It’s not even a club record. The track is crazy but for a first single, in my eyes… Drizzy fell waaay short… and in this case I’m not talking about his knee. But this mixtape joint I’m really feeling. The track…dopeness, and I wish he wasn’t talking the first 45seconds of it and had another verse in there or gave Little Brother a lil more shine but GET OVER IT > OVER! Click on the pic to listen
