TwitteReview: Trey Songz ‘Chapter V’

I haven’t done a TwitteReview in a while but I had to listen to the album after I tore him apart right here. I’m starting to think that maybe I gave him too much credit. That maybe he isn’t capable of doing more then what he’s given us so I should stop expecting him too. Chapter V is like reading the same chapter over and over again. Everything he did, he has already done. There is one record that stood out for me and that’s “Simply Amazing” because he really played around with a new sound and it worked for him. There are a couple joints I’ll be banging but the ratio of songs I like versus not isn’t looking good for the kid.
